Location

Getting to Arran

Getting to the Isle of Arran is straightforward, with frequent ferry services from Ardrossan and in the summer months, also from Claonaig on the Kintyre peninsula. For timetables, see the Calmac website. There is a connecting rail service to Glasgow Central.

Once on the Island, Whiting Bay is very easily accessible and a convenient holiday location, being only some eight miles south of Brodick Pier.

If you are arriving by car, turn left onto the A841 on exiting the ferry terminal and proceed for about 15-20 minutes until you reach Whiting Bay. The Eden Lodge is toward the south end of the village.

If on foot, there is a regular bus service (Service 323) for which timetables can be found on the SPT website. There is a bus stop adjacent to the Hotel.
